Yes your website belongs to you and is your property. The website theme however is a custom theme designed by our company and thus can not be resold or placed on another domain name without our written consent. There is also a small licence fee paid monthly for usage of our theme.

Yes we can register you a .com domain name anytime. If you require a .co.th, we can also register this for you providing you have a registered Thai limited company.
Other Questions
The time to build a website will depend on a number of factors. In general, the average time to build a website will be between 1-2 weeks if the site is a basic information website.
For more complex sites like real estate, or ecommerce stores, then the time to build could be greater.
Overall there will be deciding factors that effect the timeframe. This includes waiting for feedback from clients after they view the website and request design or structural changes.
We can help you with any content for your business website however, we would urge you to try and provide as much text as you can about your business, products, services, staff, location etc. This will save you time and money in the long term.
You will need to speak with the head designer about any new web design work. Since we are building sites daily, we can’t welcome walk in clients who have not booked an appointment in advance.
Furthermore, all face to face meetings will now be charged a flat fee of 2000 Baht. This is because unfortunately, we get many unnecessary requests, cancelled meetings, fake customers and some time wasters. Any genuine customers who go on to pay a deposit for any work will not be charged. You must first however, send all detailed information via email to ensure we are in a position to take on your project.
We might also schedule meetings outside of our office in a location closer to you if required. A favourite meeting point for us is also Star Bucks at Blueport Mall as the location is centrally located and easy to find with ample parking.
All the websites we build have backend admin access for our clients to access and edit anytime should they wish. You will need to have some basic level of computer skills in order to make changes.
SHOULD YOU NEED SUPPORT
We have website maintenance packages that are available for sites we have built ourselves. We cannot maintain or edit sites we have not built ourselves.
Yes, we can and have designed websites in many multiple languages such as Japanese, Chinese, Russian, German and of course Thai language web design.
We primarily build websites using software called WordPress and most websites we build are built using web coding such as PHP, HTML5, JAVASCRIPT, CGI, PERL and more.

It’s important to understand that building a website is like building a house. Like houses, websites come in all shapes and sizes and price ranges based on finishing touches and quality of materials used.
n order to be as transparent as possible with our customers, we have a standard price list available to view. At webdesignhuahin we do not have a 2 tier pricing policy, neither do we have hidden charges. All customers are treated equally with respect and dignity regardless of their race or nationality.
Equally, we do not conduct any work for any company or organisation in Thailand who have any form of 2 tier pricing system in place. This violates our company ethics based on treating all humans equally, and with the utmost respect regardless of nationality, wealth or status.
Payment for services will depend on the service and payment plan as written on your email quote and agreed by both parties.
PAYING FOR WEB DESIGN IN THAILAND
We have a business account with SIAM COMMERCIAL BANK which is in the name of our official company name: DESCORP COMPANY LIMITED.
Payment can be made either by bank transfer, direct debit, or online with a debit or credit charge. Debit or credit charges might incur a small charge.

SEO & Marketing FAQ
SEO stands for search engine optimization. SEO implements a range of tools and tactics to position your website pages as high in the search engine results as possible.
At the very basic level we will implement and incorporate SEO into every page on your website. How well your website performs and ranks in the search engines will however, depend on the type of SEO performed.
